Customer Service Advisor Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will ideally have skills and knowledge in a previous Service Advisor or Call Centre role and knowledge of Kerridge/Drive POS module be an advantage. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, generating service bookings and liaising with different departments maintaining the highest level of customer service. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this position as is evidence of upsell.


The hours of work for this position will be 5 days over 7 (40 hours per week) between 8.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday; Saturday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm.
