A little concerned that my car has two dents on the drivers side door after being in Plymouth for the survey. I have phoned Ocean to talk to Rachael and am still waiting for a phone call back. Also my brake pedal is now squeaky.
Car not cleaned well.
Salesman excellent, explained each step in measured way, did a very good handover when we collected the car and has been in touch since.

First our salesman Anthony Coleman has been most excellent during this purchase and the mini before Half way through the drive home we noticed a dent on the bonnet and latterly have noticed deep scour marks on the black roof Tyre pressures wrong
Attention to detail- little things like the video from Anthony once we'd ordered the mini through to the 'job done' email were really appreciated and it made the process fun rather than just buying a new car. Thank you all.
Complete lack of communication. Even when we complained with an email to the service manager .... no apology no explanation. Complete lack of awareness and may I say Training!
New dashcam was put right in the middle of the windscreen/passenger side. Mini agreed to move it but we've had to chase repeatedly for action on this and now have to wait another month for it to be moved, at our inconvenience.
The whole team were very welcoming, explained clearly, and made the process enjoyable

Always great service st Ocean Mini Plymouth unfortunately the same can't be said for my local Mini showroom that's why I travel 300 miles to use Ocean Mini Plymouth.
Because of the good service received to date.
65 minutes elapsed between being advised that the car was ready and actually driving it away. And, was advised I needed a tyre-inflation kit: there is a MINI space-saver spare wheel fitted.
Because after purchasing a used Mini (66 Plate) that required some cosmetic works doing, I am still waiting for the works after 6 weeks!
Anthony Coleman the sales person who looked after me was exceptional and went the extra mile before and after delivery.

I had to wait a while and the lady serving me didn't really seem to know what she was doing and had I not checked the bill and questioned her on it, she would have charged me a further £80 that wasn't supposed to be on the bill.
Very friendly, no hard sell. Went out of their way to answer any queries I had.

Had the car serviced - all done on time & professional approach from the service staff. Great video of car sent via email. Unfortunately, the service light was not reset by the engineer so I had to phone up & arrange another visit to have it reset.
The staff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the products.
This time service was excellent what was supposed to happen actually happened and to the time I was told! Shame you only went satisfaction surveys after a good service never when something has gone wrong eg your horrendous body shop.

James was amazing. Rang day before to remind me/check still ok for service. When I got there he greeted me and told me how long and offered my to wait in coffee shop. On collection he told me everything I needed to know.
Mini was booked for 09:00 service. I got the car back at 12.00 with lame excuses. No work was required other than the service just one tyre puncture repair (that they agreed to do for free because the 1hr service took them 3hrs).
