New tyres fitted and price matched, car cleaned and vacuumed, very happy.
The service and customer care is not the same as the team at Billacombe road .
Everyone was very friendly and helpful
Staff need to know more about setting up the tracking system, but trackstar is not as good as swift tracking system and more expensive we have the swift one in another vehicle, maybe it's worth looking into for your vehicle's ! !
This experience (mini service) could not be faulted, however I can't say this has always been the case. There always seems to be lots of staff milling about yet somehow you are usually kept waiting past your appointment time.
For the reasons already given above. Plus excellent customer service.

Went to the BMW centre. All very organised AND as requested , car'done' in two hours.
I have always been happy with service and aftercare, however the cost of having things done at BMW is now sadly escalating and becoming out of my price range. I have discussed this with the Service Manager who was very cooperative on my last visit.
Slightly disappointed with initial offer on my car but guess that is part of the negotiations. Heather who helped us through the whole process was new in post that week but did a fantastic job and gave me the best vehicle handover I've ever had.

The salesman was slightly lacking in knowledge and I was not told about the comfort access feature - assuming locking/unlocking was the same as with my 2017 mini I thought there was a fault when the hatch didn't lock because the key was in my pocket
The salesman Jonathon Taylor at the Plymouth mini center gave me excellent help and advice as well taking me for a test drive. He had only been doing the job for 2 weeks but I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
When services were held at Mini rather than BMW the staff knew you and you felt valued. At BMW the staff frequently change the title they use for me, showing they haven't even taken time to glance at my file.
