I have always been happy with service and aftercare, however the cost of having things done at BMW is now sadly escalating and becoming out of my price range. I have discussed this with the Service Manager who was very cooperative on my last visit.

Slightly disappointed with initial offer on my car but guess that is part of the negotiations. Heather who helped us through the whole process was new in post that week but did a fantastic job and gave me the best vehicle handover I've ever had.

The salesman Jonathon Taylor at the Plymouth mini center gave me excellent help and advice as well taking me for a test drive. He had only been doing the job for 2 weeks but I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

When services were held at Mini rather than BMW the staff knew you and you felt valued. At BMW the staff frequently change the title they use for me, showing they haven't even taken time to glance at my file.

Offered complementary clean but nothing done inside or out and car left in a mess with seats, mirrors, seat belts and webcam all left in a mess

The bill was far more than expected- I had not expected to pay for a service charge as had not requested this. I was told the brake discs and pads needed replacement but did not realise that an MOT involved also paying for a service scope??

The person who was dealing with the problem rang the warranty company to try and get the work done on this and when that failed he contacted customer services. Also I was informed the work would take a week but it was completed in 3 days

Mini keep you up to date along the way but we also had very good communication from our dealership, everyone is really friendly and helpful and nothing is too much truoble.

A little concerned that my car has two dents on the drivers side door after being in Plymouth for the survey. I have phoned Ocean to talk to Rachael and am still waiting for a phone call back. Also my brake pedal is now squeaky.

Attention to detail- little things like the video from Anthony once we'd ordered the mini through to the 'job done' email were really appreciated and it made the process fun rather than just buying a new car. Thank you all.

First our salesman Anthony Coleman has been most excellent during this purchase and the mini before Half way through the drive home we noticed a dent on the bonnet and latterly have noticed deep scour marks on the black roof Tyre pressures wrong

Complete lack of communication. Even when we complained with an email to the service manager .... no apology no explanation. Complete lack of awareness and may I say Training!

New dashcam was put right in the middle of the windscreen/passenger side. Mini agreed to move it but we've had to chase repeatedly for action on this and now have to wait another month for it to be moved, at our inconvenience.

Always great service st Ocean Mini Plymouth unfortunately the same can't be said for my local Mini showroom that's why I travel 300 miles to use Ocean Mini Plymouth.
