This will be my husbands 3rd Mini, we both have Mini```. We loved the previous one but we like this one too. Germaine and Danny at Ocean Torbay were suberb. They helped us find this one and ensured the change over was as easy as possible.

The time taken when I chose my new mini. Which model and paint colour. Checking with me I chose everything I needed. I was so disappointed with the mini countryman paint colours that I nearly walked out. They showed me the white one I chose.

No paperwork re cribbed to explain work done and work required. I did receive an inadequate email once I had chased your reception team. I think work is outstanding but what, where, when, cost etc

The staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. They always look after me when I'm there. I cannot fault them, the coffee is delicious as well.

i had to leave my car over the weekend when i was told it would be same day that was ok but then the 40 percent discount I was offered wasn't honoured,

On arrival it was really difficult to park which was a bad start. My car was also one of the last ones to be done which given I'm not local, made it a very long day.
