Our experience couldn't have been better, we knew we wanted the light interior and as long as the colour of the car wasn't red we were happy. This proved a little more difficult but we put Isaac Pearson to the test, he passed with flying colours ??

Five stars for front desk but on this occasion based on whether problem was resolved, i can only give 3 stars for workshop. Still experiencing problems with door closing but window issue resolved. Should this question be divided between the two areas

When I complained about the long wait the young man at service centres response was simply to say he was only the messenger rather than help to solve the issue.

The time taken when I chose my new mini. Which model and paint colour. Checking with me I chose everything I needed. I was so disappointed with the mini countryman paint colours that I nearly walked out. They showed me the white one I chose.
