I booked a courtesy car but one was not available

Difficulty booking in car whilst driving with an illegal speedometer. No reply to questions. Car returned after 40 days not cleaned. Missed most of the summer with my convertible. Car now needs a brake fluid service after its return.

I still don't have my car back or know when I'll get it back & in what state after catastrophic engine damage was caused by techs. I'd expect co. Directors to get involved with such an event, but it's left to overloaded relatively junior staff

Customer service advisor was extremely helpful. My only complaint would be that my car was booked for a complementary wash which was not done! I queried why it was not done, informed that I was not the only customer that had not received the wash
