The customer service was excellent, i had a puncture on one of my mini tyres and just drove in without an appointment. Marc on the service desk was really helpful in getting the mini booked in and the tyre changed, nothing was too much trouble.

My mini was going in was to have the passenger door seal redone. Firstly they couldn't find the fault & then they didn't fix it so I've got to book it back in. Even though an email of photos was sent 4 weeks prior so the seal could be ordered in.

While the car service was ok, the dealer Ocean BMW Plymouth cancelled the service booking Twice because they ran out of cabin filters!?!? Realy?? And both times they called to cancel the day before the booking! So it took 3 mths to service the car!

Very disappointed with the service and attitude received from Ellie. She did not listen to my request and then failed to telephone me when car was ready. A very negative attitude on picking up my car. First time in over 20 years to have to complain.
