I could not rate the level of service higher. Ocean are a credit to the Mini brand. A vast contrast to our initial Mini experience at Vertu Exeter which was underwhelming and I would not give 1 star.

The work was good once done but firstly told I could collect my car by the service manager, when asked if the indicators were working she checked and told me no but the car was ready to be picked up, obviously I didn't collect my car that day!
