Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very professional. I was very happy with the way Isaac Pearson spoke to me. He has such a mature head on those young shoulders.

The Mini salesman Jack couldn't have been more helpful. He was kind and patient and very knowledgable I am 84 and not very computer literate and he assisted me at every step. I would definitely ask for him if I bought another car.

Excellent customer service from Jack Mears. He took us through the whole process, explaining everything we needed to know. He even rang us at home to make sure we got home without any problems.

Collection of new car was the day after my purchase centre closed down! New one did well in the circumstances. Fast turnaround of car. Not all papers had been transferred so not as smooth as it should have been, and new centre is much further away!

Completely satisfied with the sale of my JCW. I had good service, very helpful, kept me updated at all times. I know if I have a problem I can contact mini and they will assist me, feel very confident at all times.

In a text before the service, I was asked if I'd like tracking checked and windscreen wipers renewed. I said yes to both, but on the day, neither happened.

Booked in with drivetrain light and noise and when we got it back noise still there. Then rebooked it it had to wait ten days for appointment. Didn't start it on the day it was booked in as waiting for master tech I was told, Chased the next day 2pm

Everything was fine ,only little thing was it all took longer than youanticipated but I guess that means you were doing a thorough job.

We had to drive a total of 210 miles to take my car to Plymouth as you decided to close Paignton and made no pick up and collection arrangement for Paignton customers. Will not be using them again as it was impossible to park and was complete chaos!
