The whole process was very easy , from Isacc to Anthonny nothing was too much. I was updated regularly. Upon arrival to collect the car everything was talked through to me ( being a new electric car owner) .

Anthony was patient and helpful at all my visits and even when I was changing my mind it was no problem

I was satisfied with the end result, however I did not receive the email asking for the advance payment beforehand. Jack contacted me so this could be sorted out so I was able to collect my car.

Overall I was satisfied but I felt that the balance during the process between personal one to one customer support was heavily outweighed by email, App and messaging contact with Mini UK. Much of this would not be an issue for technology savvy buyer

The person we dealt with at Ocean was excellent and did everything he could to make the experience good. The experience from Mini company itself was less than good and has tainted my view about buying another mini in the future.

Alex explained clearly what the issues were. The engineers bent over backwards to fit in the service as well as the MOT even though they were very busy. Also they ensured that the work was done in a timely fashion. Very helpful and professional.
