From the moment we arrived we were looked after. The receptionist was excellent, made us feel very welcome and offered tea/coffee. Craig and Phil were brilliant, assisting us with the mini app and updating us on the progress of the car's service .

I received 2 messages informing me of progress on how my vehicle was doing and giving me a rough eta of finished works, which turned out to be 20 minutes prior to garage closing, fortunately I was already on route as it takes 35 mins to arrive.

Communications weren't quite as we expected from the start but did improve later on. The car was delayed from the initial date but there was nothing Mini could have done about it.
