The whole process was very easy , from Isacc to Anthonny nothing was too much. I was updated regularly. Upon arrival to collect the car everything was talked through to me ( being a new electric car owner) .

Very disappointed with the service and attitude received from Ellie. She did not listen to my request and then failed to telephone me when car was ready. A very negative attitude on picking up my car. First time in over 20 years to have to complain.

The service & MOT part would have been a 5 star however, my car got damaged either during the MOT or the service. I was promised someone would email me about it on the Monday (29 June) and to date I have not had a reply. Most unhappy.
